Hello. I'm participating in a fanfiction writing challenge and, for one of the prompts, I chose to write about american tv shows. What I need to know is: what happens between a season of a show and the next one? Does the production decide a basic plot-line for the new season and then submit the basic ideas to the cast? Okay, I have a member of German nobility circa 1680, he has tuberculosis. He lives in close quarters with his manservant, who is also his lover. He also has a large number of other lovers, and entertains...to find information on how it's spread, but I can't find any information on how likely it is that his manservant, his guests or anyone else around him would get sick, especially severely ill.
