I recently bought an original 2-disc edition of Stanley Kubrick's 2001: A Space Odyssey . Even if I've watched it a billion times before I couldn't help but fap over it again, twice. The DvD is accompanied...It's not the blockbuster type of film you can enjoy with a group of friends. (I watch this movie during much-needed alone time, lol) 5) Observe things very closely. This is old school sci-fi, guys! :)

So last night I had this sudden urge to go watch a bunch of sci-fi movies. While making a list of ones I wanted to go rent, I realized that I've never seen all of 2001: A Space Odyssey. Like I've seen...for 15 minutes. Overall, it was too artsy for me. I mean, artsy can be good when you're in the right mood but I wanted something more suspenseful. Let's see if Alien can live up to my expectations

Last night, when I was artfully dodging all this homework that I had to, I caught a good documentary about robots hosted by Danny Wallace who I think I first saw on How to Start Your Own Country ...of Tron. I'm still dodging that homework, by the way. Should probably go and do some now. (and no, I didn't just discover how to use links, I just decided like using a lot of them today. So there.)
