Идея создания турнира по бильярду возникла у меня и Дениса Андреева в сентябре-октябре 2008 года, после чего 9 ноября и был основан турнир "9/11". Само название турнира говорит само за себя - Турнир - "9 ноября" или "9/11". Вот уже несколько месяцев...
