Oh, fuck . Has anyone else noticed that the attention to CA Prop 8 has allowed this nasty piece of work to slip by largely under the radar? Two similar ballot measures have failed in California, but...or money to the effort to stop Proposition 4 . And if you live in California--or any other state where there's a parental notification law on the ballot, for fuck's sake, get out and vote against it
Last night I had a dream I was at a dog auction. I started out at a pizza place eating pizza with my friend Kim, then I was walking for some reason or another, and stumbled upon a sign pointing to a dog...stemmed from me thinking about the owner surrender and transport this Sunday that I have to do for a local area four year old boy schnauzer whose family is surrendering him cause he nipped at their kids. :
I find it odd that media covering the US election keeps carrying on with this 'is race going to be an issue??!!' drama. The phrase seems to mean, 'will people vote for A BLACK MAN?! ' - as if that was...I was going to die." So did Mulrunji. And I bet you Lex Wotton -- a black man in custody at the Roma Street Watchhouse in Brisbane -- feels exactly the same way.
