Pushups: 21-25-2-5 Squats: 15-20-13-5 My body is having trouble with sustainable energy again. It's rather annoying, as this happens frequently, and usually lasts a couple weeks. I can put out a lot of effort, but anything sustained and exhausting just leaves me wiped out. The muscles are fine, there's just no energy backing them up.

It begins. Yes, it is not last Sunday. If it were, I'd probably be 1 pound lighter by now. But Mom's in Dallas, so of course Dad bought a ton of junk food, and then my sleep got turned around. I decided...out what I'll do for a workout today! Not sure I'll actually make it downstairs today... Having a wibbley sort of day. If nothing else, I'll be sure to dance around my room for about an hour. :
I'm a hugefan of setting goals that are only just slightly more than what you know you can do. It's much harder for me to be motivated to keep going for another 2 minutes, when the goal I set (even if...a missed workout. Do you have ways to keep yourself motivated? So I'm VERY focused on improving my running. Before the christmas break, I could run 45 minutes straight at about 5.2 mph. If that sounds slow to you, I'm 5'2 and am all torso, so gimme a break. Today...and time goals, MWF I plan to run 1.9, 2.0 and 2.1 miles respectively. TR I plan to run 23, 24 min. Photos are coming, I just need to find my battery charger for my camera, but don't worry!
Hello World. I'm alive again. Grad school has been killing me, and so I dropped off for a while. Grad school's _still_ killing me, but I thought I'd give this another shot. My new idea? Starting tomorrow...of time. Goal for tomorrow: Run 22 minutes (and stretch first!) Sorry this isn't a terribly coherent post, I'm in a hurry, work to do! :( BUT, I ran 20 minutes today for a burn of 213 calories
