The ACP is hounding me about studying for the SATs day... Maybe it's just growing up? The stress is building and I haven't been eating very well. I've lost five pounds since last Monday. Many people will be glad to discuss the Good News with you as long as it doesn't touch their lives too personally. When it does, some will resist or run. But this is what the Good News is all about --...not effective until it moves from principles and doctrine into a life-changing dynamic. When someone resists or runs from you witness, you have undoubtedly succeeded in making the Good News personal

Sometimes we can feel alone or isolated, especially when we see wickedness all around us or are persecuted for our faith. Usually, however, there are others in the neighborhood or community who also follow Christ. Ask God to lead you to them.

It is Acts 15 that tells how Gentiles do not have to be circumcised to be saved.

There is a time to be nice and a time to confront. Ask God to show you the difference and to give you the courage to do what is right.

We should remember our mortality whenever we are flattered or honored, and use the opportunity to give glory to God.
