Fogiven, not forgotten. Id like to share this commentary I had just read. Another thread to the never-ending duel between Ateneo and La Salle. More fuel to fire the pointless banter between the two squads...UAAP game after another compared to La Salle, but at least in terms of values, they are winners all the way. Text lifted from a posted comment on Chris Tiu's blog ( http://chris-tiu.blogspot.com )
Alrighty. [.Not Going Anywhere.] is finally coming back. So many things have transpired the past weeks. It would be kind of pointless typing them up here, especially since I'm withdrawn and I've been...are Insert Image and Embed Media), then I will only use nariness as a means to read my other friends' blogs. =) Sayang. I had plans pa naman of making this my music blog. I hope it's a fluke lang.
...befriended a couple of Ateneo alumni as well as you see the same people in every game. One of them is Sir Rolly who introduced me to other Ateneans, including Dr. –something- who is also a prof in ADMU [and she brought papers to check during one of the games]. These alumni, I am proud to say, cheer on the players till the very end without the foul comments, despite debatable calls from refs. On...
...the season, even down the last minutes of his collegiate bball career. But let me reiterate that bball is a team sport, not a one-man game.] “Win or lose, its the school that we choose.” The famous ADMU cheer u hear at UAAP games. But how far has the Atenean lived up to this promise? Despite the amazing turnout one sees at every Eagles game, I still think they lack the true passion and heart when...
...was I doing in the gym anyway??) I don't like school gyms. Especially when it's filled with cute AND HOT guys. Makes me wanna go on center and hug everyone. UST players were there PLUS Escueta of ADMU. Rehearsals for PBL!!! *fan girl* (WHY HAVE I TURNED INTO THIS CAGER-OBSESSED NARCISSUS, ONLY CONCEALED??!) I don't like basketball I don't like basketball I don't like basketball I don't like basketball...
"Oh hail thee La Salle!" The DLSU - ADMU rivalry will always be one of my many loves. Do not comment on the arrangement. I'm from DLSU, I have all rights to say DLSU-ADMU and not ADMU-DLSU. Who effing cares anyway. *semi-rant. sorry. i read one anean comment on that in someone's blog.*
Right now, I am frantically, chaotically trying to organize a Hong Kong trip to see the Manic Street Preachers. Since my mind is all in shambles, I am accomplishing nothing. I'm looking around for flights... Love: Manic Street Preachers Hate: My boss, the real one. He knows why. Yes, I'm already sober too. It took every fiber of my being to resist typing out "I HATE YOU!" during this morning's chat.
it's been more than a decade now when i was first introduced to that side of the world called katipunan. i just live in marikina so you'll probly say katips is just three cartwheels away from us. i dunno...CBTL. but sometimes, i'd give myself a break and hang in starbucks just to give myself that katips feel again, makes me reminiscent of the good ol' bittersweet memories of my not-so-distant youth.
It took me some time to post this since I was (and still am) having problems with my laptop's charger. So anyway, the day of the Finals Game 2 started with me seeing a sea of blue in the Ateneo campus... Everyone else was in the Big Dome. While it was a missed experience not being able to watch live, it really didn't matter because I'm not willing to pay for tickets at skyrocket prices.
...in such a short time, and ate little food to go with the drinks. "I had ten," he replied. And he had actually driven himself. Hahaha. * * * - I am not looking forward to the volume of traffic at ADMU on the night of the victory Bonfire. And I'm praying that it won't rain that night. - So, I'm still nursing a headache. Gosh darn it. Paracetamol's my best friend now. I'm supposed to exercise today...
