Add tofu, sauce, some fresh parsley , and a handful of slivered almonds . Toss and enjoy. I fried my tofu way too long so they ended up more like croutons, but the sauce/dressing coupled with baby spinach was yummy . I'm sure you could add extra things to this salad...
