Wow, last night was amazing. I met this great guy named Mike and he is all I could ever hope for. Ever since my last relationship with my ex boy-friend Sean(lets not get into that..), I have been scared...about weighing him down. Ugh, this is so rediculous. It's time to lose weight NOW. wow...1:10 on the elliptical today....that's a wild and crazy 820 calories burned. I think I may be falling into my obsessive compulsive desire to restrict calories...I was hoping that wouldn't happen. However, I would lose weight way quicker if I stuck to 500-1000 calories a day for the rest of the month.. I wish I had a scale.
