just about a book i read

I just finished rereading "the sphinx and the megaliths", Now after re-reading it, I remember it had some interesting ideas, not so much on the actual building or quarrying of these very cool structures...is good. Irving in this book tries to link the megalithic cultures with the Egyptian culture. An interesting attempt to resolve some of the problems, not impossible. Thee may be more current books

a skill worth having or at least knowing someone who does

Ok, so not quiet yet, the field design of the ALMelter are going well, this is the kind of thing that actually is an important skill. That is casting metal parts. Of course bronze and brass are even better...or so Al was a very precious metal (did you know the cap of the Washington Monument is Al? yup, because at the time is it was more valuable than platinum or gold) Learn to cast metal be a future hero

A couple...be driving my Halloween. I have notice that there are way to many words with double letters (see, arg, yet an other), this never use to be a problem, but is sure pissing (again) me off (damn) now

It isn't easy being green

Ouch, my poor back, it hurts. Bentonite Mill Number 1 (BM #1) surely is a pain in the back. Then again What do you expect leaning over to work the thing. Yes it is of my own design. Ok, less design and...for making green sand, but the principle is good, and the system fairly efficient. I'll make a better system, but not a bad quickie. I imagine in a pinch you could grind grain and stuff with it
