It's official. (Okay, actually, it was official yesterday, but I just got around to posting it.) I'm the newest member of the Anime USA Board of Directors. And Nathan is Con Chair! And the 2009 theme is Steampunk! I am offically excited.

So... Anime USA! Well, it was pretty low-key except for the Versailles drama that both enraged me (for their poor fans) and fed my voracious appetite for all things gossipy. But! Onto the pictures: More here! PS : There is an awesome picture of a b.turner in there!

Anime USA 2008 is over. Thank goodness. Okay, now don't take that as a "this con completely sucked, and I'm sorry I was involved," because it's really not the case. But there were so many problems, several... but attached to Nathan), Dr Andy, Duncan, Lin, and Beth! Um, that's about it. I could probably keep typing for a few hours, but that would bore anyone who reads this, and get me in trouble at work

Anime USA. Um. Well, it was awesome. And horrible. I think at the same con, I had the most fun and the least fun I've ever had at any convention. Or at least close to it. I might write up some coherent...two, because the character art is the odd reference out. Of the three, it differs the most from the remaining two. SO I GUESS THIS MEANS I'M NOT ACTUALLY COSPLAYING FROM THE ABYSS ANIME, GAIS. :

I am now home from Anime USA. I had an interesting trip home because the train I was hoping to go home on was canceled. After two hours of thinking about it, I decided I didn't want to get home at 7 PM...Convention. I got home at 3 PM and am now on my last load of Laundry. I will definitely talk about it tomorrow. My brain is scrambled eggs right now and I don't quite know how to organize my report

okay, AUSA was nothing short of EPIC TIMEZ. I enjoyed myself SOOOO SOOOO much. I need to upload the NYAF pics to photobucket, along with the AUSA pics...but I figured I'd actually not be lazy and make...for our perverted cosplay skit! It was sooooooo appreciated by all of us! Also thank you for the package, you SO did not have to do that, but we are grateful all the same! madgophermm5 -

This is not my con report for Anime USA. Please forgive the typos, as I am typing this from my Cell Phone. I am just posting to say I am alive after Anime USA. It was an interesting weekend. I know nothing besides Events B. I will probably post fuller thoughts tomorrow. To quote Spamalot, "I am not dead, yet."

SEE IT ON MYSPACE HERE!! A personal recall of VERSAILLES at Anime USA. THE GOODS ON GOODS: well when we arrived on friday, the first thing we did was buy our Versailles goods! Here's what...been so (Except maybe when they put together NOBLE lol) No, more AUSA just continues to suck and suck... oh and even the ATTENDEES are pretentious assholes. Or read it on MySpace!
