I cannot believe what has happened to me in the last twelve months. Tonight, we went out to a Spanish restaurant on Amelia Island.  The food was excellent.  We ordered Paella, which was just scrumptious (Oscar, I wish you had been here to critique it for us). Firstly I've provisionally registered on my degree course! Second is that I get to move house in a couple of weeks into a new build flat that is bigger than our current place and £75 a month cheaper.  Another thing that I thought of is in a few months time it will be 5 years since I started transitioning, where did the time go?!

... But I suppose no news... meh. At least they're pleasant to deal with, even the "press one for.." shit isn't too bad. I'm a bit down today, but pushing myself. And some good news, made our anniversary reservations at a gorgeous resort, got the king penthouse suite, with whirlpool bath for two and fireplace. Oh, romance in the air! I wonder if the resort can do anything special for our anniversary...

I got my T letter yesterday!!! I am still so friggin happy!!!! I knew that my therapist was working on it, but I didn't think that she would have it done yesterday. On top of that excitement, I got a job too and I found a ride for my fiancee to come this weekend so we can celebrate our anniversary and go to our friends' wedding!!

So in order to keep with marriage traditions, we had frozen the top part of our wedding cake.  Last night, we took that sucker out of the freezer: It was GROSS.  Think "stale and sweet."  Anyway, more pictures can be seen here.
