...99. Not bad price to give this e-book thing a test drive, eh? Cheaper than novels due to the electronic version and the fact it is so short. IF you prefer the print version, it is available in the anthology print (and e-book) book version of Primal Heat published by Ellora's Cave. So what did I think of this story? Eeh....I don't regretbuying it as it was more of a test on using my reader...

This is the first book I've read by this author. Heavenly Date and Other Flirtations contains nine short stories, little snippets of characters on dates. It was ok. I have to say, his writing doesn't.... I also liked that it was hard to tell which directions the stories were going in sometimes. Aside from that, I was a bit meh about the whole thing. It was worth reading for Far North , though.
After a brief unscheduled hiatus, 30 Days of Nightmare resumes. I fully intend to meet the 30 review goal I had set myself, although now obviously it will stretch beyond the thematic target of Hallowe'en...hesitant to recommend picking it up even then. Because no matter how little you spend on it, the stories will still be just as choppy, the art just as shaky, and the experience just as frustrating.
