showcased art: (c) Dan Bluestone So, the hotel room is already booked. I'll be staying at the Westin at the convention center during Anthrocon. Should be fantastic. I'll be rooming with two other reasonably local furs who wanted to go this year. One of them booked the room the night we made plans and it's all set. Now that I'm starting to get things moving, I'm also paying off my expenses (ie. the...
...tasks I had been meaning to do in for some time: - Got caught up on laundry - Began packing for FurFright - Did a final back up of, and then decommissioned an old server - Did some fine tuning on Anthrocon's registration system. (Wanna help test it out and register early? Email/IM me!) - Weighed myself at the gym and saw that my weight is down to 180 pounds. That's a low since I started keeping...
My dad says it may be to far away so who knows :c. Any way hopefully i can make it to AC this year. I'm really hoping so. The hotel is expensive as hell to my dad >.>. Its like 115 a night. that's cheap... Then i can put the Open Canvas Serial key in and activate OC. 8D. Finally i can use it again. So that's pretty much it :/. That's mai rant for today. Note: I just cantshut up about it can i ?
I'm booking my flights earlier from here on... Last year's Anthroconflight cost me around $600. This year, the pricetag is about HALF that, because I'm booking many more months in advance. Plus, almost none of the seats are taken, so I can have a window seat every flight on the two-seat side of the plane (so I only have to clamber over one person on my way to the restroom). But I have to zoom off...
... It's an online multiplayer racing game, on foot. Was pretty fun when I played it during the closed beta. And I'm still playing Team Fortress 2. TF2 just does not get old, it's still tons o' fun. Anthroconhotelreservations opened up yesterday, so I quickly reserved my room for 2009. I spent too much time frantically scrambling hoping for cancellations at the last minute for this past year's...
Well hotel booking for Anthrocon 2009 opened today and I jumped right in and got my room booked, so I'm all set. I refused to miss the window like I did with FC09. By the time I saw that hotel booking was open for FC, it was already fully booked so I've had to book myself in to the overflow hotel just down the road. It's a little hastle what with my fursuiting, but I'm sure I'll get round it. Hence...

Yep, you can start reserving at the Westin and Doubletree on October 6 (no Omni this year - they're booked up with a Mensa convention). There are some caveats, though; for more information, see this post in the Anthrocon community .
I just had a talk with Panzer. He's going to get a room as soon as one is available and I'll be joining him so you all can be pretty sure I'll be there next year. It'll still take one heck of a lot of...bunny. He looks rather awesome if I have to say so myself. I might actually start getting this anatomy business down right! In any case I seem to be over my massive art block by drawing a lot of bunny
