I've been rewatching the first season of Supernatural and got onto watching episode 1.12 Faith and noticed something which made me sit up and take a bit of notice. And then it got me thinking... Was...I had relating to Dean, the hosts of heaven (and by definition Castiel) and my wondering whether or not Kripke really planned this all right from season one!
