K so today was weird. I woke up .... Not tired? Actually I woke up to my dad coming in my room as he always does on days I have to work and asking what time I have to be at work.... Le sigh. Sunday afternoon we had no air conditioning in 100-degree weather (or 96 degrees anyway). So I dispatched the Symbiont to Mommie Dearest's and decided to venture out and get stuff done since it was marginally...to the car and taught myself how to change a tire. Steady day at work, after a slow start at 09:45 and a sleep in, yes, on a weekday, I overslept! Finished around 18:45 and headed back to see if Felice wanted to come to the gym. He didn't, so I set...leg feels a lot more lively than it did earlier and I'll sleep well again after the extra exercise. We'll see if regular exercise can beat those stressful feelings and boost my fitness levels as well.
