Lately, I've been falling asleep at ridiculously early hours--like 4:00 to 6:30 p.m.--and sleeping for eight to twelve hours at a stretch. I normally sleep about four hours at a time. Why am I sleeping...writing, and attempt to distract myself from the cold and the wet and the sickness and the exhaustion that aren't going to go away. Not during this year without a summer. ***

Day 2 of conference has been completed. I did pretty damned well, if I do say so myself. I learned how to ask for help and how to maximize the use of time to get more things done and in better ways. No... Blllarrrrg. So, depending on what the repair cost is, I may get a new vehicle. This is just outright ridiculous. Right now I'm about to go get a taco, I'm extremely tired, and I have amazing friends

 I wish this rain would stop already. It has been raining hard for 2 days now. We need the rain, but damn it sucks being stuck at home. All this rain is making me sad because I just got paid and now I...own place, but it is ok living with my parents. It just gives me an incentive to go back to school and do something with my life. So, it's snowing outside. No, not that just a small brush of it... we're talking about snow, as in "Oh shit, this could be a problem..." I'm still at the shotgun instructor course in Forsyth, Georgia.  Forsyth is south of Atlanta.  Atlanta & surrounding areas were hit with severe thunderstorms & some tornados.  I stated the above to... I woke up this morning & I turned on the local news.  What comes on the local news?  It talks about the bad weather that hit McDonough, Georgia.  McDonough is where Derrick lives.  Strange...huh .

Periodically.. on occasional afternoons, I'd wake up, not remembering what day it was. I couldn't figure out what classes I had missed & I almost couldn't figure out if I was in my own bed, my own room... With a few more things to shake up, I move, farther & farther away from this fire that's about to burn all of me down. It's even hotter outside, but I'm already crazy from the heat within..

There's some severe weather that's about to hit Columbus.  We're about to have some really severe thunderstorms and we're getting tornado warnings.  So if I'm not on you know why. ...I'm scared.

Great, couldn't they have warned us a little earlier? Or were they afraid that we would spill the beans? What am I talking about?
