figured it was time i wrote a lil something.  well its been awhile since i wrote anything about my progress with my weight goes.  so .. here it is.  im officially down 75 pounds.  im at 163 for the...  even sex is better.. sorry for the overshare but .. deal with it.  heh.  in other news... well theres not any other news.. i dont think.  oh.. well my car is dying. yeah, thats it.  later :)

I didn't used to make resolutions.  I saw them as invitations to failure.  Most things, I knew I could stick to for a while, but wasn't likely to do for  long.  As I've gotten older, I have realized...  If I really like you, I may even try to -- cringe -- tell you what's on my mind in a nice way.  I am gonna have fun in 2009 and lots of it.  (I hope my family and friends will join me.)  

So, here's the scenario. I am huge. I currently weigh 426 lbs. That sucks in so many ways but more about that later. About six weeks ago, my employer told me that I had until the end of the year to turn...for hypertension and high cholesterol (both of which I anticipate not needing when I loose weight). So, it's kinda time to get this done and I have been wanting to do it anyway.  So, let's get started
