i survived my first official day of college! WEEE! It was pretty super awesome. The classes seem cool, the kids are all nice. I had kind of a conversation with one named sammy. nice guy. we're in a music...much else to say. it's weird being back in school after the last few months. normal life in general is weird. I never thought i'd miss mom's cooking as much as i did. Well, homework awaits! onward

I've been accepted, enrolled, and am going to attend a Five Week Music Performance Program at Berklee, College of Music. Which is the largest contemporary school of music in the world. I'm hoping it'll help me get INTO Berklee after I graduate. I'm going to be in the top 20% of my class next year...

So Thursday afternoon I just randomly decided to do the website. Per Shane's suggestion, I used Google Pages, which worked pretty well, although there was a bug in Safari that caused me to lose about a...the lady I talked to in the DC Embassy, I won't have any trouble getting it, though. So I've been doing a lot of work on my projects this week, in the computer lab. Today I worked on In Walked Bud a little, and finished up my sequence for Nardis. A few days ago I went back and started... held for two days, then evicted from China for 6 months. I am really counting on my school to sort it all out for me, although if things go wrong, I don't think there's much they can do to help

On Friday my parents and grandmother came up for my graduation. They're both doing really well. Dad was happier than I've ever seen him and mom was more relaxed than I've ever seen her. Mimi was not doing...minor, melodic minor and harmonic major scales in cycle 4. Tonight I'm skipping the sight reading and technique exercises 'cause I feel like my head is going to collapse. So somehow I'm not too far behind on my schoolwork... I mean, I'm behind in a few classes, but I think I can catch up. Right now I'm behind on these: -Midterm Jazz Counterpoint I project -Midterm Big...and to last me a few weeks in Wuxi. I have to fly back to Maryland to sell my amp, gather some items and say goodbye to my family. If I can also study Chinese and lose 15 lbs in that time, even better
