today i got an e-mail from chivalric, and her story that i betaed, the smell of hay and leather , was posted on tpp without any further corrections at all! she said that's only happened twice before... call me crazy, but if it's going to be super hot, i actually prefer a little morehumidity. i hate feeling like i'm in an oven; i'd rather be in a steamroom. i know i'm a little odd that way.
So, Rob reminded me of my beta jobs. *growls* I'm starting to thing mayda will yell at me, I think it's been over a month since she sent me this chapter... I'll have to remind her to blame her late updating...out. Haven't had an episode lke that since January. Kinda freaked me out. *sigh* I always seem to get fainty near major roads? That's not very comforting... Still listening to Blaqk Audio. X
the biggest excitement for me today is that i just saw that something i beta read is up on tpp. it's the first thing i've betaed that has been posted. : ) her regular people were all unavailable, so...them. what i'm most excited about is the oil pastels. i've never really worked with them before, but i've been using them in my sessions, and i just love that smooth, creamy texture. mmmm. yummy. :

Is how many I have written for Chapter One of Serenity . It's not much, and it is the first draft, but I have to start somewhere. For some reason, it is really tough to write this chapter. Probably because...my own SM/GW and Avatar works. Oh it'll be the day when I can start on those two pieces. I'll tell you one thing though. I will never start writing a story without a finished outline ever again
