I was out shopping recently and EBgames was having a big sale, I ended up looking through some PC games and found Broken Sword: the angel of death, I got it for $4.95 so even if it ends up not being that...get any of my money anymore. Between this, they way they behaved last year and they way they treat Australia as nowhere land as far as their supply and release schedule goes I've had enough of them
I finished Broken Sword for the DS, I really enjoyed the puzzles in it and the characters you get to talk to were quite funny. My only complaint would be that the two main characters can be... well......helping by letting me search garbage bins and mail boxes for stuff XD I even took all the empty milk bottles out of an abandoned house! Empty Milk Bottles! After this I may try and get the Doggy X
Friday night I decided to not do a half arsed attempt to do some tidying and go to the pub earlier; thus I found myself at The Prince of Wales in Chorley with S and C. Truly, a fantastic real ale pub...bit low now - even doubled up with a decent scaler. Using the resolution effectively requires heavy anti aliasing. Fortunately people are starting to use higher resolutions and different tools, though
I just finished Inkheart by Cornelia Funke. I have to say it turned out not as good as I expected. The beginning and ending I felt were really good, but the middle felt dull and repetitive. Overall it...friends on there, and also have fun getting involved in discussions. The nice thing is it seems like a lot of the books that people are reading in that group, are books I've read or have been reading too
I just found out this afternoon that Perry died. :( I knew he was going to be going soon. He had rapidly deteriorated, which was hard to watch. I really didn't think he would make it through today. He...downloading the fan-made freeware game Broken Sword 2.5 which is supposed to be set in between the events of Broken Sword 2 and 3. I think it's also a German game with English subtitles, but I'm not sure
I like haunted houses. What's not to like about haunted houses? I don't mean real haunted houses, in as far as such things exist. By and large, these are a disappointment. You have a normal house, and...first one, providing I don't become distracted by something and write an entry on the joy of pickled gherkins, or how great Boris Akunin is, or wondering if anybody remembers "Time Slip."
