This one's pretty simple. Essentials - Jar, can or packet of butter chicken sauce Rice Stir fry veggies Cream or Milk Cool stuff - Dessicated coconut Cashew nuts Almonds Sultanas Corriander Parsley...boil, then simmer till the rice is ready, pour the veggies and sauce over the top of your rice and garnish with the herbs, and you're done. If it's too spicy, add a bit more cream or greek yoghurt
