It's been a while since I looked at Cabal, and the biggest problem was the slow levelling after a certain point. I've been trying numerous times to get a Private Server up. And I finally have it working on a CentOS 4 Virtual OS (VMware). Okay, I tried out Archlord, and was pleasantly surprised. The game loaded and ran a lot faster than Cabal, or Rappelz. There were glitches with the lighting effects, that I couldn't get rid of. My class is "Elementalist", and I can summon spirits to assist me, and set them to either fight monsters on their own, fight monsters with me, or just hang back. ...is also a faster processor. Rappelz loads and runs, but when I try to fight, it really lags. Good thing I was fighting only weaker monsters as a test. I've now given up on trying to get Rappelz and Cabal working at a decent speed. I'm now trying out a different MMORPG. One that probably has a lesser demand on my machine than Cabal or Rappelz: Trickster Revolution. Let's if that fares any better than...

Both Rappelz and Cabal have now been installed and patched up to date. I'm now catching up on my Windows updates, and then I'll update my backup, before trying the games out again. I'll think I'll probably drop Cabal, but keep the game installed in case I decide to go back to it. Therefore, I won't be taking premium out anymore, or buying as many premium items in the game.
