I was feeling somewhat restless when I woke up this morning, and so I am about to engage in my daily routine of calisthenics! Would anyone care to join me?

I just went for a run in my neighborhood, up on the hill with the most gorgeous view of the so nearing sunset soft lighting, the Olympic Mountains, the Sound, the Spaceneedle and the city, Mt. Rainier.... And then I came home and made a salad with garlic mustard balsamic vinaigrette, leafy greens, basil, cucumbers, hot house tomatoes, avocado, pink lady apple and tofu. Mmm it is so fresh and delish. :

The "Petit every woman has the: OMG I AM SO FAT NONE OF MY CLOTHES FIT DAMMIT" moment. Ugh, this sucks. I have a belly. I have pockets. I have no more muscle and gross cellulite! My boobs are fucking grapefruit...me! It was mailed out today. Now that I'll have it on DVD, I'll be doing it regularly for sure! Mission is on. Did you hear me? I WILL fit in my clothes again. I will be petite and hot. The end

Took two naps today, a 1 hour snooze soon after I got back from my morning run, and another just after lunch. All the soreness is almost gone; all I need is a good night's sleep to get rid of the last remaining bit. Too bad I can't take them at work.
