I've made an executive decision that the calories obtained from my midnight snack of about a third of a bagel and some tea with a bit of half and half don't count. Why? Because I think I might go crazy if they do. Therefore, calorie vortex for them.

So I'm going to keep a record of how I feel during a fasting period. My aim for this first day is rather simple. 24 hours of raw/live foods - uncooked fruits and vegetables if I get hungry. Periodic fasts...tea as much as I want to kill hunger and feel full, without any guilt. Of course, I have to mind the caffeine content. I'm considering getting some decaf green tea when I run out of one of my tea boxes

I know there's this stigma regarding calorie counting. Only anorexic girls do it right? Wrong. A lot of perfectly healthy people do it, including men. I discovered the benefits to calorie counting about...calories, although most likely I will have consumed a whole lot less. In brief, calorie counting is the biggest step to weight loss. I lost 10 pounds with minimal effort just by counting calories
I got downn to 126 again and I felt amazing, but now I'm back to 131. And it is my fault, I've been eating less but I haven't been keepign track of how many calories are in everything. I still can't seem...and than on Saturday [next] I am going to the city to see Hairspray with my friend for her birthday. I am excited but nervous for when we go to eat. I hope I can get myself back in control again
I had a food scale once upon a time when I went to WW. It got broken eventually, too many things smashing into it at the back of the kitchen drawer I guess. I have a wild idea to buy another—maybe digital this time? I dunno!—and I'm wondering if any of you are food scale users and if you like yours enough to recommend it, if it can be purchased in the US.
