My rosacea is more under control now since alkalinising. This is probably the first month my face hasn't itched too much just before my period where it flares up big time and gets very itchy. My period... :) I and 2 of my friends managed to raise £1,200 for Cancer Research and we're very pleased. For the day itself, all 11,000 women so far (and children) raised over £1 million on internet donations.

I've signed myself up for this years Race for Life at Regents Park, London on the 20th July. It's such a good cause. I'm not looking forward to starting training but I don't want to run cold like I did...fairy outfit unless anyone can come up with better suggestions. I'm trying to rope people into coming and supporting me because Martin is away that weekend and I'll feel a right pillock on my own.

i have decided to run in race for life so now i have a goal to aim to have lost my weight for as i dont think i would be able to bare to race with this weight on as i would be too embarrassed. I am hoping...every meal and glass of water i had and have now just adapted a healthy fruit and vegetable mix diet. as i am a vegetarian/vegan this should not be that hard to do. thanks for reading mazzage xx
Today I did my announcement about my charities and hair. I changed from Locks of Love to "Little Princesses" because it's a UK charity so more convenient with postage.
