So, yesterdayI went out and did some shopping. It was kind of crazy, I went to Wal-Mart to get my oil changed, and they said it'd probably be about an hour and half wait. So, I'm like, "Are you sure...cut Jim's hours back to three to four days a week. Mom says that if I get into a big problem, they may not be able to help me. Just hope there's nothing wrong that a new tire (or less) can't fix.
After watching my beloved Broncos take a beating from the Patriots on Monday Night Football like I have not seen in years I went to sleep and tried to take my mind of the game. fast forward to 7:00 AM... I changed his tire and gave the kid a ride to school. At least my fantasy football team, "The SpaceBallers" won this weekend improving my record to 3-4. Hopefully the week improves dedicated readers.

So I finally got a job. Target hired me as a protection specialist, which basically makes me the security person you see typically standing at the door. I'm way, way overqualified and I'm pretty sure...minutes. Surprisingly not very easy. But it doesn't matter... I sleep like 10 hours a night and I'm still tired. I need to find a non-caffeinated way to re-energize. I honestly hope working helps
I have an interview for a cashier job at McDonalds on Monday. Wish me luck! :D :D :D Yeah, I know I said I didn't want fastfood, but I honestly don't care anymore. I'm not being picky, gonna take what... and Burger King. And I still need to go to Subway (that's where the ESC told me the fast food worker job is). That guy still hasn't called me back with the estimate that he'd give me for the Justy. >:
My car all of a sudden decides that it doesn't want to blow warm air into my car, even though the engine gets nice and warm. The windchill is currently 37 degrees. I googled the problem and it looks...which will cost me upwards of $300 to fix. And $300 is a low estimate. It looks like it's going to be a cold winter... And I do not have money to get that fixed. FUCK. It just does NOT end..
Mini-update: - I drove a tractor for the first time on Saturday. Yep, Kayli the farmer for sure. I'm sore as hell from hauling pumpkins. Seriously. - I have an interview for a part time receptionist...with Ally, Brett and Matt. Freaking right. - THE TWINS ARE A HALF GAME AHEAD OF CHICAGO. HAAAAAAAAA. Brett already bought postseason tickets if we get there (WHICH WE WILL, DAMN IT). I'm so excited
Arg - I just lost my entire entry. I guess I'll just have to do it all again. Phbbbt. It's all cold and rainy here in Calgary. The trees have been turning colour for the last few days but pretty much...flickered and died, sending a thin thread of tenuous smoke toward the ceiling. My car is a 1990 Ford...guess was I able to start it after this? Nope. So I had to call Jari and he came in with the jump-start cables and we got my car running. Knowing Jari, I'm never going to hear the end of this. Ever
So yeah, August not the best month ever. Work has been extremely busy thanks to the wedding season and I hear that it'll wind down. I'm kinda relieved. Those few 6:30am shifts really wore me down. ...the bird by a slow ass grannie the other day...Now that's sayin something.
