This is a BRAND new bento box we bought in Germany. We have: Left over homemade pizza bites (on NEW SKEWERS that I found at a market in Germany. Carrot sticks Dehydrated Chicken Fajitas Grapes on skewers Hardboiled egg (I used food marker on it, it's peeled. The food marker is made with food coloring) Salt and pepper container.

In this bento: Turkey Wraps (shaved turkey meat, wrap, lite mayo, onion, lettuce) Chicken Fajita bites Carrot Sticks Green Bear egg Fruit  Salt and pepper in container for eggie.

This bento contains: Shaved Chicken wrap (wrap, shaved chicken meat, lettuce, lite mayo,  onion) Carrot sticks Blue Bunny egg Fruit Sunflower seeds (not in shell) Dehydrated chicken fajita bites Salt and pepper in container for eggie.

Tori went back to school on Monday, August 25, 2008. I started making bento meals for her lunches. This bento contains: A peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Raw unsalted Peanuts. Shaved Turkey fans. Ritz Mix (100 calorie kind) Fruit Carrot sticks A pink bear egg (used a mold)  And finally a little container of salt and pepper for her eggie.

Marrakesh Moroccan restaurant in Belltown featured tagine of braised hare. It's quite tasty. The meat resembles lamb, in that it's dark and has a strong flavor, but it tastes different. And you can very easily tell by the bones that the creature was small and ran a lot. Bonus foods: CSA carrots, washed but unpeeled, and TJ's spicy hummus. Keeps things simple yet delicious.
