23.30 примерно. вчера же. сработала сигналка телеги. пошёл смотреть. в темноте ничего не увидел невооружёнными контактными линзами глазами. утром сегодня обнаружил: грязные следы, вмятина и смещение левого крыла, трещина крепления поворотника.

Настоящий мужской характер.... в 4-х колесном варианте

I think my car is conspiring against me. No, seriously. I think it knows I'm planning to sell it once I move, so I think it decided to cost me a fortune this week to get me back. Yay. Damn it, Spunky Monkey...around today. :S So, I'm really farking thankful I got paid today, that my uncle lives close-by and was able to help, and that it wasn't worse... because I know it could have been a lot worse. :

It's happening again. That $3,000 regret of an automobile is acting up again, and this time it means business. For those of you who don't know/care/remember, the problem it has is that the engine will...lose your job because you suck at it. Getting laid off means the employer no longer has the means to pay you, so they are unable to keep you. In short: Fired = You suck. Laid off = The economy sucks

Finally talked to the claims adjuster this afternoon - seems the little twerp, after all this, denied fault. So the adjuster had to track down the two witnesses, not getting the second one until today...is finished the claim will be approved tomorrow morning. In the meantime, my poor car remains at the body shop and I remain driving the van, which is doing my shoulders no good at all. Gack

This week I got my car all sorted. It's a long story, but basically Lotus promised me stuff 6 months ago and finally delivered. They sorted out all the niggly warranty issues (it's a Lotus, things go...as I'd destroyed the previous set in less than 8000 miles!), new suspension, new fast road/race brakes with braided brake hoses. I know it means bugger all to most of you, but it makes me happy. :
