Their customer service over the phone was so horrible that they actually made me cry. Which is funny, because my mom had absolutely no problem when she called them a few months ago. After talking to...why was the dense lady on the phone so horrible, when this really wasn't a confusing request of mine? My mom thinks they have a first line of defense to stop undetermined people from getting service. X

My laptop is going crazy again, so I'm going to take it in to GeekSquad before work to get it fixed.  Hopefully after this, things will start going smoothly in the electronics department for me.  At least...for about a week or so, or at least until I get my laptop back.  Stinks too, seeing as how I just made a nice little return.  Bah. I've been gone for 3 days. WHO FUCKING MISSED ME? :D Seriously though...my computer pulled a Cutler Beckett and died a slow, stupid death made of fail and AIDS. Note to self and everyone else, NEVER visit...in their system killed my already dying computer. But now? I has a nice, NEW, FAST, Compy which works good, and this means I CAN FINALLY PLAY SAM AND MAX ON this machine! WOOHOO! And get Spore! -dance

I know that I have techy people on my f-list and at least a couple of you use Skype so hopefully someone might be able to point me in the right direction. Skype keeps disappearing on me. I'd call it a...with people after my move but I can't do that if the thing is going to be this buggy! All ideas and suggestions would be gratefully received before I tear my hair out. So, the computer finally gave in last night. It goes to the Windows XP loading part, and then zaps off every time after that. God dammit, now not only do I not have the internet, but I don't have any of...internet at the university library, and I'm still alive. Hmm. My brother uninstalled a game called o2 jams on my CPU that my sister downloaded and never played. And it-- it deleted my desktop. This is disconcerting. Trying to System Restore.
