As I sit here typing, I am waiting for a batch of white chocolate and macadamia cookies to cook in the oven.  There is nothing like baking on a cloudy day with the predictions of rain with classic jazz playing in the background.  Even more so the smell of cookies cascading through the house spreading its way through every nook and cranny laying there for hours.  I am sure my neighbours think I play...

The great baking adventure for Halloween...begins. After the sugar cookie issues...I'll need all the well-wishes and luck I can get.

 So I definitely skipped school today. And only because I didn't feel like it. Just didn't. I caught up on sleep though, which will be good for the rest of the week. I plan on baking cookies and doing some laundry. Sleeping to a sufficient extent is so nice.  I'm really angry with myself for doing this so much though. I'm going to be screwed when I'm sick later.
