'Nother crappy day, so FLAPJACK ICONS it is!! An old lady (who's normally quite nice) made me cry today. I was trying to HELP and she flipped out. Of course, I'm fairly certain she has...situation isn't getting any better. She's on the verge of quitting her job. Of course, she can't. *sigh* Ironic that it costs money to file for bankruptcy. I need sleep. Lots and lots of sleep

Finally today I am sitting on the living room sofa, covered with blankets, the dog on the floor next to me, and tension ebbing away. It hasn't been the easiest few days but I am trying to deal with them...looking forward to that.  And John brought home a Hemingway book from school for me to read - 'The Snows of Kilimanjaro and other Stories', which I'm going to read next, and I'm excited about that

It's the week of the full moon and maybe that's why people are being bitches lately. I got my head bitten off for asking a question today. A toddler tripped on a pile of books we had in the farback of...back she was gone and she didn't recieve the apology due. It's regrettable but, when you attack someone their instinct is to defend and they're less inclined to be polite and compassionate. Sorry.

Let's see... Work's good. I've had every range of customer from pleasant to Satan, but other than that, it's been good. Some customers who stand out this past week: The lady who, after being told about... I've got too much to do tomorrow, actually. Loads of clothes to wash, cleaning up of the closet, probably should dust. Ew. Maybe I'll just sleep in until two, ha! Wait, that sounds like a plan to me..

Lady : I am looking for the phone number of a M. Vick who live in Georgia. Can you find me that? Me : You mean the football player in the news? Lady : Yes. I need his home phone number. Me : I doubt it is listed. Lady : Now, why would you say that? Me : Well, he is real famous... Lady : Honey, is there someone else there who knows how to use a phone book?
