I finally got to rescue Jay! *Cheers* Unfortunately he wasn't rescued intact. Either way, things should now start getting better for poor Jay and Black's plans are about to unravel in his hands. Hope everyone...scary and hurt and she hated it, but at least she was better off than Jay was. Amber sighed, wishing she could relax now, but it wouldn't happen until she was with her sister and Jay was there, too.

Yay for finally finishing this chapter! It's been nearly finished since before I caught my cold and I just didn't feel good enough to get it done until now. I figure that I have 8 to 10 chapters left on...fell asleep before Master Boles had walked out of the room. His dreams were all of Black's dank little hideouts, of being Jay while he was tortured and of a little girl being raped in front of his eyes.

This was hard to write, especially the first part of it. Poor Jay! T____T (And I seriously apologize to and for poor little Amber, too. *cringes*) I had to write this in short little chunks because it... There was no way that Black would be able to stand against them all, no matter what he did to Jay, Amber or anyone else. Emma wouldn't let him escape, not after everything that had happened so far.

My Mom has gone home and I'm almost caught up at work, thus you have Interlude-ness! What can I say? The plot has a lot that has to happen before regularly scheduled comfort-sex and normal smut times,...idly as they fell asleep whether Gabe would ever sleep in the bed he'd been given. Filing is so damned dangerous when you’re a writer. This is another set of characters that appeared while I was filing. Hee! I love Black—well, not so much love him as love how evil he is. He’s so amazingly evil. Back to the regularly scheduled story after our little PWP interlude! *grin* The plot continues, we get to see Jay at the dentist, Emma in the hospital and Tommy gets scary, surprising news. It looks to...heck of a lot nicer than the last few times he’d been taken in for surgery. At least this place seemed properly surgically sterile. Felice’s favored hospital had always seemed kind of grimy to Tommy.
