Re Captcha is a web based service which provides those squiggled letters for you to interpret and post when ever the server wants to know you are human or not. Regarding my Gandhi Foundation removes 1969 stamp images from Photobucket post of last week. rythm had commented saying I should take the matter with Photobucket regarding the right of the Gandhi...e-mail off.
