Hi. I doubt anyone reads my journal yet haha but I'll still update. Ok well. Today was bad/good. I broke my fast and ate salad and some humus. But I purged :[ Not really even completely on purpose...to him in some way. And heyyy! A girl has needs too hahahahaahahaha wow okay that's enough of that ;P I'll update about how tomorrow night goes for sure. Wish me luck with this damn boy ughhh --

It's that time again! That's right, the end of the month means that it's time to evaluate myself, and the things I need to accomplish in the next month.  For November, I would like to: Begin studying...be unhappy. And then there's Marketing Ball the day after. Urh, I'm so busy! I only hope that the refund on the dinner portion of the night comes through, I could really use that $40.  Time to work

I suck. I just plain suck at everything. 1/2 Quaker Oatmeal (Cinnamon & Spice) - 85 calories Green Tea - 0 calories (always unsweetened) 2 Grandma's Peanut Butter Cookies - 340 calories McD's Premium...the rest is history.. Then my parents came home with McDonald's, but it's fine though because I do like the salad. It's better than gorging on cookies. I'm going to work off those cookies right now.

i'm probably putting on way too much weight now -_- so the plan for food tomorrow: breakfast - 1 slice of bread with jam + chopped mango lunch - 1 slice of bread with cup of soup snack - 1 x apple. sugar free gum. lollipop. peanuts, umbrella biscuits food that is prohibited dry cereal, chocolate, crisps, biscuits

In light of my family's wish that I do not come home from uni fat, I am going on a structured diet of healthy eating coupled with regular exercise in order to loose weight at a sensible and consistent speed. Doh! :( My housemate is also trying to loose weight, he decided this after 8 slices of bacon and 4 eggs for breakfast the other day, but as the last time I saw him he had 2 beers in his hands...

Okay, so today was my evaluation at Curves. I got weighed and measured, did the workout, made my first payment. I had a really good time. The girl working there, Jessica, was really nice and I enjoyed...and now there are colorful little squiggles everywhere. But, hey, at least it's still usable, at least for now. Now it's time for bed. X-Files? It's pretty late. We'll see what happens when I get there

Tonight, I went out with my family for dinner. So, of course I had to eat. I ate so much that I know I must weigh ten pounds more. If I didn't eat, I know it would have been super suspicious, so I ate...I know it will take me forever to lose it all again. Was going to purge, but I had to go over to my uncles house to do some work. This sucks. This sucks this sucks this sucks this sucks this sucks!
