squeakchan asked me to do commentary on Oracle. I told her to pick a chapter. First of all, squeak, you should recognize the depth of my love that I’m doing commentary on six pages’ worth...good job. Random note: I really like exquisite for some reason when describing this pain. It just seemed to fit. And that’s it for the commentary on chapter five! Opinions, questions, anyone?
As requested by penwiper26 , DVD commentary on "Gas-Ring Alchemy" , in which Giles meets Ethan for the first time. This is setup for "Breaking Glass", which looks at the pair a few months later...those closing lines. Yeah, I still like the story as a whole. It has some flaws, but what doesn't? Mostly it did what I wanted it to. And the five people who read it seem to have liked it as well.
Here's the second of my "dvd commentaries" on my stories. If there's a story you want to hear my random babblings writing process, you can still leave a comment here . sg_betty requested "Dreams...explanation of why/how he showed up there so calmly. redbrunja asked for commentary on Hunting , so here it is! It's so short... All right, here goes the commentary for this short piece. I wrote this for askerian ’s birthday last...near Hanabi, Hiashi is ready to get her out of his way. Lots of people have been doing cool stuff with my stories, and I've been terribly remiss in sharing links. viva_gloria did a DVD commentary on Term of Service (SGA, McKay/Sheppard, NC-17)...did something and I forgot to announce it. As always, if you like the work, comment to the reader/artist/commentator. And my policy on any and all such transformations of my stories is: Go for it
I'm just getting to the DVD commentary responses that I promised people 6 weeks ago. I'm hoping that this is a situation that better late than never applies to, and people will forgive me. I'm posting... and his hair's got some new threads of silver. This is meant to be a pull through to let the reader in on the fact that a *lot* of time has passed for Jack. Not sure how well that one worked.
For 'lo, I have posted both of the fandom commitments I took on over the summer, both due today. For the dvd_commentary challenge, I babbled a lot about idyll 's incredible Not a Pretty...criticism is welcomed and cherished. the hazel-sprig sang under my tongue, its drifting fragrance climbed up through my conscious mind; this link leads to the post at the femgenficathon community
