One of the meta-assumptions going on is that we're going to get enough kernels of True Water to finish our mission, and therefore return to Tersanto. Given that, I'm saving Leif's leveling for Tersanto...enough Legend Points to do so, not that there's anything especially mystical about being on the road. For me, this shouldn't be that big a deal, as I think I should end up spending about 150 Legend Points
