Okay, since this is a long chapter, I'm only posting one this week. This chapter is chalked full of things to discuss! Sobel vs. Winters, Sgt, Evans, Malarkey cheating death, again ! Also, feel free to...that it mattered. By the time the C-47 lifted off, I was fast asleep. As always, hugs and kissed to sherryngton for her awesome work typing the chapters! Couldn't do it without ya, gal!

Again, I can't thank sherryngton enough for her amazing contribution in the way of typing chapters 4 &5! Let's show her some thanks by discussing the hell out of these next two chapters, shall we? Okay...know they were no longer fighting this war alone.     Along with tens of thousands of other soldiers from the United States and elsewhere who were arriving here in England, we were the help to end it

So here it is: The first chapter, word for word of Easy Company Soldier by Don Malarkey. Now, of course I won't be posting every chapter word for word, and some discussions might also be for more than...around me smoked cigarettes and made small talk, but I didn't hear a word of it. Instead, I stared at the embers, mesmerized. Slowly, my right forefinger curled around the pistol's icy trigger.

Okay, so it seems like the feedback I've been getting is that most people have read (and enjoyed) Easy Company Soldier by Don Malarkey ... Now I know that some of you don't own a copy yourselves,...the discussion chapters (and me enough time to re-read and post!). I'm going to post the first chapter for everyone to read and discuss tonight. That way we can start it off with everyone reading it.

I managed to finish Easy Company Soldier today at work. Basically, I started reading an only stopped when my job was at risk. Lol. Needless to say, I finished the entire book in one sitting (Okay,...states... The whole thing just brings tears to my eyes. 5. He was with the Company for 177 days straight.
