Yay lost 2 lbs from yesterday, though god knows how! Woke up at 140.8lbs which is beyond repulsive but at least I'm a day ahead of schedule. Ate some bread with spread this morning and will just have...trapeze training;)) when you're the one being flung about and the girls are tiny .
