...story, and extended a thousand word segment of another story to 2,500 words. So I should feel like I accomplished something. But I realize that adding words means I need to extensively edit the rest of the story. I'm not done yet. I so wish I was. I much prefer writing something new than editing something old. Especially something that needs revision, not just editing for grammar/spelling.

Went back and replaced appropriate subject tags on interest I no longer deeply care about. They still need to be referenced for historical and research purposes, so there's no need to be overly snarky about it. Wow, last week may have been one of the worst weeks of my life, and I didn't even know it at the time.

Managed to cut two scenes into one and cut 1187 words... or 38% of the total word count.   (Talking about the co-authored book with Chris .) I'm feeling good... granted, that's a drop in the...for lunch with her high school friend, Grace.   J   #   To those who celebrate: Happy Halloween, Blessed Samhain, Blessed All Souls/All Saints!    

Good writing day today. Or should I say, good rewriting day today. Three separate stories, all needing rewrites and edits; all accomplished. I so want to finish these three up once and for all. I feel...or having too many logic flaws. No, I will not edit out the jiggling man wearing the skimpy blue tu-tu dancing around the bowl of warm tapioca pudding... That was probably saying too much, huh

We got our sample ballots yesterday, and the "public questions" have me totally boggled. Has anyone else in my home state tried to understand these things? Both are amendments to the state constitution... be understandable by the average voter? I take sentences apart for a living; what's it mean if *I* can't understand them?!?  I think I may have to look up who wrote them and send them a nasty-gram

Lucius the Wanderer is back. Again.   Three months almost the day, I think... *checks* 25th July it was when he came back last, and he stayed 2 weeks. He's in beautiful condition, if a little too... er. No. 17th century remember? - if he strips off down to his under-breeches, hose and shirt, he can't be wearing his ordinary breeches when he wakes up. - What, pray, is a "half-wounded adversary"

Well yupski! I have figured out hte great big secret to most of the things I was looking for :D Tis all in the editing the theme place, so I went crazy and edited a whole lot! So maybe - Just maybe mind - I can create a new account on here for graphics! The only thing I haven't found yet is how the cuts lead to a white LJ page *frown* But hopefully I'll find that soon enough :D I'm in a good mood...

1. Trailer with giant bales of hay is still out there. Was cute the first day. Was cute the second day. Pushing it by the third day. Five days is pushing it. Mister hay trailer person, please fix your... though, so and I hope they're right. I don't want to have to rip those scenes up and try again. Very emotionally taxing. I'll fix what I need to, but whitepaper those bits. *shudder*. *SHUDDER.*

If an error slips by that many eyes, another pair of eyes isn't going to help much...
