WORKOUT DIARY: Barrel Lifting
Last week: did lots of walking, KB on 3 days. MON 3/30 -EGOSCUE: personal menu. Been slacking on my Egoscue work. But I'm noticing that yes, I do feel better, more capable of moving fully, when I'm doing my menus. And I've still got some eversion to my left foot and imbalance in my shoulders to work through. KETTLEBELLS: -Clean/press, 4x1->4 ladders, 20kg -Snatch, 10 minutes, 10RL, 12kg ALSO......
