Tim and I went to watch our new MPs get sworn in yesterday. It was really lovely. Lookit all those great people! I'm so happy that I got to be a part of helping so many rad folks get elected. It was...possible. Who is your new MP ? How do you feel about that? What do you know about them? Do you think you'll write to them or phone them very often with your concerns about your community or country

There is some talk right now of moderates holding their noses to vote for Republicans they disagree with just so the Democrats do not have "too big" a majority in Congress. Okay, so that's a fair fear...feel best represents them, the should be voting straight Democrat. Because that's the party that will include your voice and value consideration over rigid ideology.
