Ethan made a guitar out of boxes in school. He was so thrilled with it, played and sang for us on many nights. It was entertaining. In fact he performed in school at the assembly too and it was great fun. Today Ethan and I went for a followup visit for his ears. You see they have been leaking since MAY! We have been to the doctor almost every week since may. They decided today surgery was the only option. Ethan will be having his old tubes removed and new ones placed in, they are also going to remove his adenoids and tonsils. This one scares me...he will have to be intabated and put under. Now I know...

For his English class, Ethan has to write a tabloid article.  He wrote about government-designed penguins that shoot lasers out of their eyes that are sent to defeat zombie outbreaks.  I helped with his tabloid graphic.

I'm really, really bummed I'm going to be gone for Halloween. It's my favorite holiday (yes, I know I should say Jesus' birth, ressurrection or being thankful holidays, but you know me, I'm all about keeping... Nope.
