For my exegesis paper for my prophetic literature class, I am exegeting Isaiah 2.6-22. On the face of it, it appears to be a condemnation of, among other things, the manufacture and worship of idols, and the humbling of all things on a 'day of the Lord'. It follows the more famous passage (vv. 2-5), mirrored in Micah, about the pre-eminence of Zion and how all nations will stream to learn instruction...
Currently stands at just over 4,000 words, sans introduction and conclusion, which I need to see Ann about before whacking those in. But, it's DONE! The draft is DONE! Have been working on it solid for...the additional paragraph I added, but I've realised that I need to expand my appendix, now that it's going to be a chapter at the back, and not footnotes.
