Fade Away Again, Chapter 15 By: Willow_25 Author’s Note: It has been about a million years since I updated this story…Okay, it’s been 8 months, but in the fandom world it may as well have been...I can do is pray that I was wrong earlier when I thought I had nothing to offer him. I might not be big on the wisdom, but a little understanding and friendship should count for something; I hope.
... Still working around iPod issues, but that will be settled with the purchase of a new one when I finally blow my stack and get sick of fighting with it. I guess between now and year's end. FAA 15 - Does anyone remember Fade Away Again?? I think the last time I posted was Jan or Feb; I can't believe that was nine months ago. How the time has flown. Anyway, it's just about ready to finally...
For all you Fox and Mulder fans, looking for conspiracy theories; the FAA computer network inadequacies are still out there... Their coming, soon. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,411381,00.html http://blogs.zdnet.com/projectfailures/?p=996
I finally calmed down a little after my Saturday rant and realized I was being a brat, and got over it. Thanks to all for not calling me on it. So, I actually wrote a little this weekend. FAA 15 is under construction once again! Was wondering if anyone has time to read it over for me. If you have a few minutes, please let me know. And specifically, if you have any input on how a teenager's speech...
...shoes when going through the metal detector. Many people wear sandals with no socks during the summer; in part for comfort and in part because they are extremely easy to remove. I wonder if the prevalence of infectious diseases of the foot (fungal infections, plantar warts) have increased since the FAA required show inspections. If so, Tough-Actin' athlete's foot products should thank the FAA.
And it is to be a famous Writer/Indie Director/Alfred Hitchcock sorta actress/MODEL! Yes, I want to be a model....bad. Probably to see all the incredibly hot, (probably incredibly stupid) male models...me a boner?" Priceless. I left and now just got back from seeing Richard III on Lake Tahoe. It was really cool... sipping Chai lattes and hearing pretty awful cursing, and not the fuck kind.
So, since I saw that my last blog was 96 weeks ago! I thought it would be a good idea to start blogging again to keep a running journal of our escapades with Camryn. First I guess it would be a good...study either. So that brings us to now. I am waiting on the final steps to start my training in Oklahoma City, which will be a four month process. Then we will be back in Atlanta. Until next time
...after all these republican, Big Biz, no regulation friendly administrations. Nothing works. It took the terror of the crews of the planes to blow the whistle on how very comfy cozy and friendly the FAA iadministrators, trickling down to the inspectors, had gotten with the airline. They were terrified to flie on those planes. You want another 4, 8, 10 years of this? Do you think you'll survive...
I am caught between just going to a flightschool and getting my privatelicense and going from there? or going to college to get a degree and be a commercial pilot. I would get my ratings and such through...it would make my resume look better next to someone who hadnt gotten a degree. As I have come to find out, companies like you better with a degree. So... Decisions decisions. Anyone got an idea on this?
...February for our partners. Paperwork retention is something that I am not necessarily fond of. In fact, of all the tedious little bullshit things that I have to do, it's my least favorite. The FAA requires that we keep our signed dispatches and cargo load reports for 90 days. They must be filed in an organized manner, separated by flight and date. I have five file cabinets ( four drawers each...
