What a wonderful weened! Dinner last night was lovely. The weather was terrible but the wine was sweet. Today David and I went hiking up at Minnewaska - it was the perfect day. Beautiful clear sky, shining sun, the leaves bright and stunning, and pumpkin patches all over the place. It was a gorgeous day.
Dr. Wong invited me to co-keynote with her at the local WATESOL conference this Saturday, so OF COURSE I said yes! But first... While Moussa was giving his presentation, I was surprised (and mildly...her notes. And then when it was over, we posed for a nice photo. And yes, the keynote went well! It was really an honor to get to do this, and I got very positive feedbackafterwards. Yay

Essay Structure and Technique (Marsha Campbell) Thurs., Sept. 25, 2:30-4:00, room L-249 Literary Analysis (Lisa Reed) Fri... write a one-page paper describing how the workshop was beneficial and turn it in to me no later than Tuesday, September 30. I will award 2 points to a paper grade for each workshop you attend.
