Comedian Fred Travalena dies of cancer on Sunday, June 28, 2009 at the age of sixty-six. He was known as the Man of a Thousand Faces and did impressions of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Bob Hope. Fred...The Jetsons (1962) and Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo (1979). He appeared on the short-lived tv series Good Sports with Ryan O'Neal and Farrah Fawcett. Okay, we know that this week both Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson died... ...but this is a real tragedy.

Ah, you thought I had abandoned you. NOT!!! Just with language classes and hang out with the family in June, I haven't had time to update you on everything that has been happening. With July almost here...Jackson, Farrah Fawcett and Ed McMahon. They say in the Glamorous World, they fall in three's.... And they're always one of each, old, ill, and unexpected, though not always in that order. This time yes, in that order...    Ed McMahon, Farrah...soon before his time. He was a drug addict, and it killed him. When is that ever to be celebrated?   Not really fair either, to Ed and Farrah, who died of pneumonia and anal cancer.... REAL diseases...
