My version of a fast
So today's plan is a little different. I want to fast, but I can't because I just know I won't make it through the day if I don't eat something before I take my pills in the morning. So I'm going to have 1 piece of bread for breakfast, 1 piece for lunch, 1 piece for dinner, and 1 piece for my late night snack. That's a total of 200 calories. For the rest of the day, I'm just going to live on water...
