Is it generally true that most H/J associations allow simple changes in Long/Short Stirrup without penalization? Does anyone know of a show or association that doesn't allow simple changes? I'm freaking...judges at the show but we're a little worried that since they didn't penalize at the last show, we don't want to be the ones bringing this change to their attention. But maybe I'm just paranoid...
