We had a great trip to Atlanta. Josie is talking so much that it's getting hard to keep up with good quotes. Here are some slightly inappropriate ones I'm particularly proud of, though: **************...to be quite manipulative. She has noticed that I'm slack on her when I know she's tired, so now when she's in trouble she pouts and rubs her eyes and says, "I'm so sleepy right now." What a booger. :o
...want and you either find it or you don't. although the people working there don't seem to be very happy that they're there, i would totally go back. :) +_+_+ in other news, not necessarily notable firsts... marshall and i met with a bakery to look at wedding cakes. we sat down with the bakery manager and she went over what we were looking for in our cake. we also got to try 8 of their cake flavors...
hey so I have heaps of shit to record which has been thoughtfully tuesday: school, then homework at leichhardt while under the impression alex was at school, met up with him and cal at the pub on norton...drama going on I feel fairly good, and stable and hopefully able to continue to be there for people as I hope I have been being lately plus multiple parties and the holidays on the horizon FUCK YEA
So! Today was my first chiropractor adjustment... gotta say, it's totally not like all the other times. This chiropractor doesn't believe in crackin' ya bones :) and I'm grateful. Of course, Instead... Your ideal romantic relationship is peaceful, romantic, and private. You do best in tasks that require you to be flexible, creative, and playful. The Shape Test
Josie is already too good at finding ways to outsmart me. I come up with what I think are perfectly good, unarguable (for a two-year-old, at least) explanations for things, and she always finds a way around...on what was going to happen next throughout the second time. (i.e., approaching the Cliffs of Insanity: "They're gonna climb that big mountain and en garde." LOL) She can plan my castle onslaught any day
Josie can spell her name! A few weeks ago, I made up this doofy little song for her-- I can spell my name today, J-O-S-I-L-E-A! I thought the rhyming might help. Apparently it did, because last night...to/around her would affect her communicative development since the day she was born. I refuse to believe she'd be as advanced as she is in language acquisition were I not the cunning linguist I am. :o
